This Position provides support to skilled Technicians in maintaining and repairing various building systems and equipment maintenance repairs by performing the following duties:Responsible for general building repairs & property maintenance including, but not limited to:Minor mechanical, plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs. Ensure the property, equipment and facilities are kept safe, clean, and in good condition by performing general maintenance & minor repairs. Must be comfortable using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and equipment necessary to complete maintenance repairs. Building Maintenance Repairs duties to include painting, sheetrock repairs, floor and ceiling repairs, Building & Equipment PM tasks, and assisting Facility Maintenance Tech as needed on other jobs.
