Specialty Gas Lab Quality Assurance Manager
: Job Details :

Proper daily prefill, in process and post filling of medical and industrial gas cylinders - Administer SOPs for the lab and production floor - Management and oversight of lab personnel - Troubleshoot quality issues throughout the entire production process - Handle all customer complaints on quality issues - Participate in audits and evaluate audit performances - Participate in Purity Plus operations committee - Develop metrics to monitor and improve quality - Participate in production SOP development - Develop training programs - Develop safety and compliance programs - Communicate effectively with the sales team and company management - Work with other departments - Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition - Follow prescribed safety protocols - Other duties as assigned Requirements - BS degree in analytical chemistry or similar scientific discipline - Lab management experience with gas chromatography and gas process analyzers - Production lab experience - Supervisory sk...Quality Assurance, Manager, Assurance, Lab, Lab, Gas, Business Services
