Execute PREMIER customer service by greeting all customers promptly, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality, and understanding the features and benefits of First PREMIER Bank's products and services. Process transactions including deposits and withdrawals, cashed checks, Savings Bonds, and receipt of payments (loans, credit cards, credit lines). Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory and internal codes of conduct. Review account information, help customers with problems or questions and keep customer information current using internal systems. Perform the branch opening and closing duties independently. Manage a cash drawer and balance it daily according to teller performance standards.
