Scheduling: In coordination with office staff, select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on care plan information for new and existing Clients. Facilitate the interview process for IHSS clients and caregivers - Review and understanding of Care Plans to be able to communicate effectively to potential caregiver's requirements needed for position. Recognizing training gaps and providing direction to training materials to ensure client and caregiver safety - Assure Timely Coverage: Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies and/or call outs arise, including caregivers who do not clock in on a timely basis. Caregiver schedule must be complete for the next business day/weekend before leaving each day - In addition to agency assignment, participate in daily virtual Scheduler meeting.
