Facilities Maintenance Associate
: Job Details :

The purpose of this position is: Performs routine and emergency maintenance on facility equipment. Performs various process improvements of facility equipment. Participates in troubleshooting and new equipment installation that vary in complexity. This position includes significant duties such as: Performs ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, HVAC, chilled water systems, RO and DI water systems, air compressors, generators, boiler, etc. Operates/supports all HVAC systems and associated equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, generators, air compressors, resin delivery systems, and building repairs. Performs facility inspections and reports on conditions affecting operations. Monitors facility preventive maintenance contracts. Prepares and submits summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommends actions to be taken.
