This seasonal position will end October 2025. Our Marina is a focal point of the resort, with three piers extending from the main breakwater in front of the resort, with our 150-slip marina. The Marina Dock Hand is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the marina, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and boaters. This role involves assisting with docking and fueling boats, maintaining marina facilities, and providing excellent customer service to all visitors. What You'll Do: Assist guests with docking, securing, and launching boats Provide line handling, tie-ups, and pump-out services as needed Maintain dock cleanliness: sweep, remove trash, clean dock boxes and marina areas Monitor marina equipment and report maintenance needs or safety concerns Deliver ice, fuel, and other amenities to vessels as requested Communicate marina policies and assist with guest inquiries Maintain accurate records for guest boat slips, reservations, and marina servi...Marina, Seasonal, Hotel, Property Management
