The Customer Business Manager II is responsible for the achievement of volume objectives, budgets, and planning. Execution of Retail controllables and customer collaboration are key responsibilities to the success of this position. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop specific plans for Sams Club, implementing tactics for: promotion, pricing, distribution, schematics & category management across many McCormick brands. Present and execute these plans. Review white-space opportunities. Develop and execute channel and retailer plans. P&L ownership for Condiments, Hot Sauce, and Frozen businesses. Develop and deliver Sams Club plans to achieve volume objectives. Determine appropriate product mix and gain subsequent distribution. Manage trade promotion system. Overnight travel may be required. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field. 4 - 6 years Sales, Marketing or managing customer base required.
