About the Role:The Groundskeeper at Regional West Medical Center (RWMC) plays a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and safety of the hospital's environment. This position ensures that all landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards, contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere for patients, visitors, and staff. The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of lawns, gardens, walkways, and other exterior areas, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually pleasing. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance needs, as well as collaborating with other departments to support hospital operations.
