Manage orders, EDI transmissions, allocation, order confirmations, cancelations, invoices, debit & credit notes, deliveries and coordinate with key interfaces and external providers Manage customer inquiries promptly in set timeframes and in alliance with adidas regulations and policies Act as key interface for customers and sales managers in area of responsibility for all inquiries (deliveries, claims, timelines, exchanges and returns) Collaborate with Senior Account Manager and global Logistic team to review orderbook to identify risk to achieving on time deliveries, sales target and/or strategic objectives (e.g. delivery blocks, express shipments, inbounds ETA) Ensure accuracy of all variations of purchase orders by reviewing data & Routing guides to avoid costly claims and charge-backs Coordinate with key interfaces the set-up of new accounts (special handling, special conditions) Communicate if timelines or services are at risk and promote action steps in alliance with the account...Specialist, Sales Manager, Account, Global, Senior, Service, Retail
