Your Leadership Will Include:
Mentoring and managing nursing staff
Overseeing admissions, transfers, and discharges
Building relationships with new residents and families
Partnering with other departments to ensure excellent care
Ensuring compliance with educational and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
CPR certification
Must have Long-term care experience
Strong leadership skills and commitment to quality care
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
