Position: Registered Nurse – Home HealthLocation: Bronx, NYAssignment Length: 13 WeeksCompensation: Up to $75/hour

Overview:We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a dynamic home health team serving patients across the Bronx. This short-term contract position focuses on providing high-quality care in patients' homes, emphasizing autonomy, critical thinking, and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments in a home setting
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans
• Administer treatments and monitor patient progress
• Document all care activities thoroughly and accurately
• Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and other team members

What You Need:

• Current RN license in New York State
• BLS certification through AHA
• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Prior home health experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
