About Us: HomeStyled Nashville is a boutique home staging and design company that has staged nearly 1,200 homes in the Nashville area since 2016. We work with top real estate professionals and homeowners to create beautiful, market-ready spaces that help properties sell faster and for top dollar. Position Overview: We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Part-Time Home Staging Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with an eye for design, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You'll help with staging setup, furniture placement, accessory styling, and project tear-downs. Schedule: Option 1: Monday / Wednesday / Friday Option 2: Tuesday / Thursday Approximately 5 hours per day (start times may vary based on projects) Additional hours may be available based on workload Responsibilities: Assist with loading and unloading furniture and dcor from company vehicles Help set up, arrange, and style furniture and accessories in homes Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging inventory Assist with breakdown and removal of staging items after a property sells Represent HomeStyled Nashville with professionalism at all job sites Track mileage for reimbursement Requirements: Strong eye for design and attention to detail Ability to lift and move furniture and dcor (up to 50 lbs) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical role Positive, can-do attitude and team-player mentality Previous staging, interior design, or visual merchandising experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience, starting at $15/ hour Mileage reimbursement Flexible schedule within set days Opportunities for growth in a creative and dynamic company How to Apply: Send your resume, a brief introduction about yourself, and any relevant design or staging experience to .
