Responsibilities: * Assemble copper and coax wire using hand tools to strip, crimp, solder, and terminate components. * Read and interpret detailed diagrams, blueprints, and process instructions to ensure precision. * Perform continuity checks, quality inspections, and touch-ups in accordance with IPC-620 and defense standards. * Support both production and prototype builds, modifications, and testing under simulated field conditions. * Contribute to projects across aeronautics, space, and defense systems that make a real impact. Requirements: * High school diploma (or equivalent). * 3+ years of hands-on assembly experience (mechanical/electrical). * Expertise in cabling assembly, soldering, crimping, and touch-ups; BGA experience highly desired. * Familiarity with IPC-620 standards and use of hand/power tools. * Ability to read/write English, follow detailed instructions, and pass a pre-employment medical exam. * Willingness to work 10 hours of weekly overtime. * Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
