Provides technical support, administration, and enhancement of network and endpoint security tools such as Web filtering, EDR, CASB, ASM, and D - Do. S mitigation controls. Leads the security incident response lifecycle for any cyber security related events affecting Charters network and devices. Collaborates with security architects and engineers to implement and enforce cloud and endpoint security standards across AWS cloud and on-prem environments. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on tool performance, coverage, automation, and tuning. Participate in incident response efforts, including tool-assisted investigations, root cause analysis, and mitigation planning. Develop documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures for security tool management and support. Proactively hunts for security related threats and vulnerabilities that potentially affect Charters network and devices.
