Ensure Bath & Body Works eCommerce application infrastructure is resilient, reliable, and scalable. Bridge & collaborate with leadership, architects, operations, developers & test engineers to ensure the high availability to customers. Understand the existing application infrastructure and deployment landscape. Provide inputs/suggestion to the leadership on upgrading the application services, cloud infrastructure by comparison of technical & cost advantages. When necessary, code to automate the application infrastructure lifecycle management, monitor & maintain. Responsible for overall delivery architecture including all servers, databases, applications, and other integrated technologies. Troubleshoot configuration and other problems with infrastructure components (servers, applications firewalls, load balancers, etc.). Work closely with Technical Lead, and other project teams to coordinate, prioritize and deliver SRE team assignments.
