Our Hospitality Associates work directly with Cooks and other Hospitality Services team members to provide the best possible experience for patients and families being cared for in the hospital. Hospitality Associates demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong communication ability, creative problem solving and high standards for quality and cleanliness. All our Associates are service focused team players who come to work with a positive attitude every day. Team Highlights: The Hospitality department at Kootenai Health offers a wide range of support services to various departments, staff members and patients. Our 120-member team is made up of a variety of contributors including an executive chef, sous chefs, cooks, baristas, clinical dietitians, nutrition technicians, guest relation associates, and hospitality services associates.
