What Youll Do Part Preparation: Load parts onto the conveyor system and ensure they are clean, dry, and ready for powder coating. Painting & Coating: Apply powder coatings with precision and consistency. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts, document results, and ensure all coatings are defect-free. Rework & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to coatings and surface finishes. Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools, grinders, forklifts, and other shop equipment.
