Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable bottom-line results. Track and report key performance indicators including labor hour consumption, work order completion, inventory accuracy, throughput, capacity, and customer complaints. Establish and monitor team goals aligned with quality standards and operational targets. Develop and manage the operational budget for the assigned functional area. Translate business unit objectives into actionable goals within the manufacturing department. Monitor productivity and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of customer commitments. Design and implement training programs to enhance workforce capability and performance. Champion compliance and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives in support of plant-wide goals. Drive the implementation of LEAN manufacturing principles and practices. Qualifications.
