Serves as primary contact to guests and team members upon arrival in outlet and on phone. Specifically responsible for the following detailed duties. Duties. Serve as primary contact for guests and team members, greeting all guests and responding to inquiries professionally. Take and deliver food orders in person and via telephone, following department guidelines. Present menu to guests, respond to inquiries, and apply suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales. Process various forms of payment, adhering to accounting standards and cash handling procedures. Select and assemble food items for guest pickup from serving, kitchen, or storage areas. Maintain accurate department records and comply with reservation procedures. Adhere to company and government safety, security, and sanitation requirements. Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned. Assist other positions in the department for support when needed.
