Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is hiring a Full Time Emergency Department Technician! ED Tech - Emergency Department. Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center - Williamsburg, VA~Full Time & Night shift~7:00 pm-7:00 am 36 hours/week. Overview. Assists the Physician, Advanced Practitioner, or Nurse in implementing plans of care for emergency/minor emergency care patients. Performs patient procedures and treatments under the supervision of the Physician, Advanced Practitioner, or Nurse. De-escalation and physical intervention training within 15 days of hire. BLS certification within 90 days of hire for all incumbents. New incumbents must have one of the following in addition to the minimum Education :1. EMT-B with state or national certification at time of hire OR 2. Successful completion of US Military Hospital Corps School, qualified MMAC candidates OR 3.
