This role focuses on process improvement, precision manufacturing, and quality assurance in a high-demand environment. Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software. Lead testing, failure analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency and product reliability. Support troubleshooting on manufacturing lines and recommend engineering solutions for process and equipment issues.
