Job Objective: Assist with the provision of basic care, health and safety of clients in a residential program. Essential Functions: Monitor client vital signs and overall medical condition, including mental and physical stability as evidenced by client behavior Monitor clients appropriate use of medication, following program guidelines for same Responsible for intake/admission screening, placement, and discharge of clients Follow program discharge guidelines. Monitor client activities and document same according to program guidelines Assist with the coordination of interoffice communications as requested by answering incoming telephone calls, inquiries and client referrals, directing the caller to the appropriate person for resolution, assuring client confidentiality is appropriately maintained Ensure that there are a sufficient number of blank forms/materials on hand for the on-going maintenance of client files and related administrative responsibilities Assist with urine analysis an...Program, Monitor, Communications, Transportation, Client
