Shipping/Receiver Relief 2nd Shift
: Job Details :

Prepare items for shipping according to specifications and the applicable transportation method - Create shipment documents - Affix shipping labels, identifying information, and shipping instructions onto shipment; post weights and shipping charges, and affix postage - Determine best methods of shipment utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates - Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications - Maintain accurate records/tracking details of incoming and outgoing shipments; maintain records of shipping volumes by day - Consolidate shipping orders, as appropriate - Process additional or special customer requests in a timely and accurate manner - Schedule pickup and delivery appointments ensuring product is released for shipment - Verify accuracy and process split pallets into system - Create shipments and deliveries on sales orders in system, as needed - Help ensure proper storage, inventory, and security of all products/items - Direct movement of s...Shipping, 2nd Shift, Transportation, Manufacturing
