Perform daily operations of the TMC Central Warehouse. Manage replenishment levels with customer input ensuring customers supply needs are being met. Stocks warehouse with supplies, ensures accurate organization, removes outdated/unused supplies, and ensures smooth flow of materials. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Performs supply inventories of user storage areas and replenishes inventory to par levels. Coordinates/performs the physical receipt of incoming supplies, materials, equipment for all deliveries including purchase orders and non-purchase orders. Coordinates the return of goods/shipments to vendors by commercial conveyance by preparing bill of lading, FedEx Shipping system or other documents as required. Reviews the purchasing Materials Management Information System (MMIS) to ensure all receiving related errors are corrected in a timely manner. Maintains inventory systems; rotates stock; removes outdated or other unused supplies for proper disposition.
