Location: 8900 Page Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri, 63114 Shift & Schedule: Full-time, 3rd shift, Monday Friday, 9:00 PM 5:30 AM. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled is required. The Chemical Operator ensures production schedules are met by accurately compounding (batch mixing) concentrates and syrups. This role involves extracting flavors, mixing concentrates for intermediate batches, finished extracts, flavor blends, emulsions, and juice products, while maintaining proper documentation to support inventory accuracy and batch traceability. The Chemical Operator also ensures equipment is sanitized and production adheres to quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
