Operations Agent
: Job Details :

Provide and process rate quotes and service orders for shipments while maintaining customer satisfaction Daily contact with vendors to obtain pricing, tracking, and bookings Daily monitoring of shipment status Invoice shipments Compile reports and provide support to other staff members Resolve customer issues by investigating transactions, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management Work in conjunction with sales and management to establish, implement, and maintain client specific needs Ensure compliance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and local & federal regulations Other duties as assigned Job Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business or related field, or equivalent years of experience Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization Basic to advanced computer skills Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive base salary P...Operations, Agent, Operation, Manufacturing, Airline
