The Inventory Control Specialist (ICS) supports production by managing raw material inventory, assisting Pullers, and ensuring accurate data entry in the ROSS system. This role organizes packaging and candy supplies, monitors daily production needs, performs inventory transactions, and maintains FIFO practices. The ICS ensures inventory accuracy, communicates shortages, and collaborates with Quality Assurance on shelf-life and quality checks. Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills, ERP experience, and a strong commitment to safety and GMP standards are essential. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $30.35 - $31.35 hourly, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
