Revolution is now hiring for an Assistant Line Operator position for its reprocessing department in Flint, MI. This role will involve processing various types of plastic through a shredder and feeding it to the wash and extrusion line. The successful candidate will be capable of working within a team environment and be individually motivated to accomplish goals and objectives. Work responsibly in a safe manner, following all safe operating procedures and posted requirements. Safely operate forklift transporting material from the warehouse to the preparation area near the shredder. Maintain quality standards, remove contamination, and prevent mixing of plastic colors/types when shredding. Follow safe work practices operating the shredder and feed conveyor. Load conveyors repeatedly lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds at the chest and/or head level (i.e., pulling boxes off high stacks, sorting material into trash dumpsters, etc.).
