Design and implement HR policies and procedures that support the companys strategic goals. Act as the main point of contact for HR inquiries, offering guidance on policies and procedures. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive and consistent experience for employees. Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy standards. Ensure all HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations and company policies. Assist with leave administration, workers compensation, and safety initiatives. Conduct HR audits to validate policy adherence and legal compliance. Serve as the initial point of contact for employees regarding HR matters. Coordinate and monitor mandatory compliance training, ensuring timely completion. Oversee immigration processes, including visa audits and updating I-9 documentation.
