Strategic Business Partnership & Organizational Design (25%)Operate as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Breakthrough T 1 Ds field organization, aligning talent strategies with Breakthrough T 1 Ds mission, values, and long-range goals. This role covers an estimated employee base of 125 over 2 operating divisions consisting of 10 territories across the Northeast and the Midwest. Translate business needs into actionable people strategies, including workforce planning, change enablement, and organizational design. Partner with department leaders to identify capability gaps, inform team structures, and design scalable solutions to support growth, integration, and transformation. Lead strategic talent discussions tied to performance, succession, and organizational growth.
