Environmental Technician (Entry-level)
: Job Details :

Progressive learning about field sampling of various media while working both indoors and outdoors. Daily communication with other ECS staff, project managers, and jobsite representatives. Interface with contractors and other site personnel on project sites daily. Attend project meetings with senior staff as requested. Understanding of relevant field sampling techniques, sample collection, and analytical result reporting. Calibration and use of sampling equipment, and documentation of results. Additional duties may include report production, daily field reporting, and other related tasks. Perform asbestos, lead-based paint, mold and indoor air quality assessments. Perform air and bulk media sampling. Monitor remediation and abatement of contaminated or hazardous building materials. Obtain relevant certifications as required to perform specific job duties.
