We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Tech for assignment in Raymond, Ohio. The selected candidate will perform general maintenance and a variety of other duties relative to facility maintenance. Hours are Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm - - This is a 2nd Shift Position - - Responsibilities - General maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, lighting and basic electrical and mechanical components- Complete general building repairs including repair of walls, doors, floors, etc. - Complete repairs to plumbing systems; including fixing leaks and stoppages, repair or replacement of sinks, piping, valves, drains and toilets- Repairs and maintains lighting systems - Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repairs - Plans repair work using building blueprints or equipment manuals as needed- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance - Event set ups such as tents, tables and chairs- Performs other related duties assigned Qualifications - High School D - Iploma o...Maintenance, 2nd Shift, Tech, Facility, Mechanical, General Maintenance, Manufacturing, Property Management
