Maintains, installs, converts and configures gaming devices on assigned shift according to departmental plans and layouts. Participates in a team oriented environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Required to learn and utilize Apple iPods with accompanying software known as Kai to assure a high quality of guest service. Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow associates. May performs paper refills and clear jams, bill retrievals, bv jams on machines and/or follows through if more in-depth repair is needed. Handle guest transactions, such as cash and pay-outs and other transactions as required. Must have understanding of Basic Electronics and Electricity. Must have basic understanding of Electronic and Electrical troubleshooting. Ability to reading and translate wiring diagrams. Responsible for set up of game options and test various devices, E. G.
