Plant Superintendent Bushnell, Il. This is a full-time, exempt position. The superintendent will lead in all day-to-day activities of the Bushnell TVP facility. Maintain a safe, sanitary workplace in compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.). Will be responsible to train and lead 3 supervisors and 27 hourly employees in operations, personal safety, food safety and maintaining facilities. Perform special assignments, initiating improvements to most effectively meet operation objectives. Establish and maintain appropriate preventative maintenance, sanitation and operation schedules. Have the ability to respond to and work off shifts when necessary including occasional overtime and weekends to support business needs and projects.
