Transport adult clients to and from treatment and medical appointments. Coordinate transportation and communicate any client issues with Chestnut Health Systems staff. Monitor and report any vehicle maintenance issues to the maintenance department. Develop and maintain knowledge of addiction, recovery, and co-occurring disorders. Maintain documentation of all services provided within the required time frames. Meet or exceed productivity expectations as determined by supervisor. Coordinate services with treatment team and other supports to ensure continuum of care. Demonstrate proficient computer skills to perform job duties. Demonstrate professionalism and appropriate boundaries with clients. Support and model recovery values. Demonstrate knowledge of and sensitivity to individual's cultural beliefs and values.
