The salary range for this position is:$24.45 - $36.83 Hourly$1,956.00 - $2,946.40 Biweekly$4,238.00 - $6,383.87 Monthly $50,856.00 - $76,606.44 Annually The purpose of this work unit is to implement and support the Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program, ensuring all Colorado workers have access to paid leave in order to take care of themselves or their family during life circumstances that pull them away from their jobs. The One Contact Center (OCC) work unit is the frontline staff whose job it is to assist, educate and inform Colorado business owners, employers, sole proprietors and individuals of their FAMLI program rights and responsibilities, and assist with questions about the program or related procedures. OCC staff may interact with citizens via telephone, email and chat platforms.
