As a Crew Desk Representative, you will be responsible for day-to-day communication with our associates, as well as data entry and other operational tasks. Location: Asheboro, NC Essential Job Functions Assist with creating and maintaining payroll and DLA reports Submit weekly invoices Follow-up with associates regarding training and CBI results Follow-up with new hires regarding orientation and Stafftrack usage Assist with the coordination of associate engagement programs, safety topics, surveys, and bulletin boards Experience High School diploma or GED, at least 6 months of related experience Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Communications skills, both oral and written Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Exceptional attention to detail Salary Range: $16.42 - $20.53 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
