As the Corporate Facilities Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent in customer service to offsite warehouse facilities, in house project managers, vendors and supporting departments throughout the requisition to purchase order creation process. Job Description. Monday-Friday (flexible start time 6 am-9 am)Compensation: $21.13-$31.64 USD Hourly. Benefits start on day one! Description. Issue Purchase Orders: Independently analyze Requisitions and issue PO's on designated 'Issuing days'. Monitor team mailbox and CMMS for PO requisitions. Review each request for appropriate costs, GL account coding accuracies, appropriate financial approvals and place orders as needed. Conduct timely follow up on all issues and inquiries.
