A Custodian with Powerworks Industries, Inc. (PWI) at Albany MCLB is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the assigned locations mandated by the PWI Albany MCLB Contract. He/she will clean and assist the Lead Worker and Supervisor in the cleaning and maintenance of all designated areas. The Custodian responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, and break rooms Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping Empty trash cans, clean windows, spot clean walls and restock restroom supplies Application of advanced floor care techniques to the campus floor, as needed Top Scrub, strip, and wax hard floors Working Saturday and Sunday Aid in all areas assigned All other duties as assigned Requirements Education & Experience High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); preferred Minimum 3 months of custodial experience...Custodian, Shift, Restaurant, Retail, Cleaning
