Full time position available in our Patient Registration and Accounts department. The Patient Service Representative position will involve greeting and checking-in patients, answering phones and scheduling patient appointments, primarily in our Therapy Services department. Will be responsible for collecting required information to accurately process patient registration and other clerical duties. Hours for this Patient Service Representative position are Monday - Friday, varying times between 6:15 am - 5:15 pm. No weekends or holidays. The Patient Service Representative candidate must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to multi-task and provide service with a sense of compassion is a must. Experience as a receptionist in a medical setting with proficient data entry and computer skills is strongly preferred. Experience with Epic a plus.
