The After School Program Facilitator position is a 12-month position that would typically work Monday Friday between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. following the school calendar and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the summer months. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The program serves students in grades 4th to 12th that are involved in the Juvenile Justice or Child Welfare Program. This position includes responsibilities of transporting youth to and from the Rochester office for programming. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Services, Social Services, Education, Criminal Justice or Criminology field from an accredited college or university preferred or High School diploma and at least two years working with youth in any setting. Must have a valid drivers license (Pennsylvania or for the state in which resides) and acceptable driving record.
