What You'll Do: Follow production instructions: Interpret process sheets, blueprints, and supervisor instructions (written/verbal) to complete production tasks accurately. Prepare surfaces for painting: Clean, mask, plug, or block surfaces not to be coated, ensuring all items are ready for finishing. Apply coatings: Precisely apply paint or other coating material to both stock and custom parts, avoiding overspray and ensuring even coverage. Inspect parts: Verify stenciling accuracy against blueprints and check for defects, performing patching and grinding as needed to meet quality standards.
