Ford Performance is seeking an experienced, talented and highly motivated Performance Engineer to enhance vehicle optimization across all Ford Performance Motorsports platforms within the Performance Engineering Group. In this position You will collaborate with engineers in vehicle dynamics, aerodynamics, powertrain, and chassis design, focusing on optimizing vehicle performance. You will be responsible for applying technical solutions to total vehicle performance through car build, integration, setup, simulation and race strategy. The successful candidate will ensure continuous improvement of performance and process to achieve industry leading performance across all Ford Performance Motorsports disciplines, including, but not limited to NASCAR, Sports Car, Demonstrators, NHRA and Off-Road. This is a hybrid role and requires at least 4 days per week in the Allen Park, MI or Concord, NC office....Performance, Engineer, Motors, Manufacturing, Technology, Vehicle
