Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Receptionist to join our team in Memphis TN. As the Receptionist, you'll be the key person to greet and welcome our visitors, staff and our residents and their families into our senior living community. You will be responsible to directing visitors to their destination, support the office management team with various projects, manage multi-line telephones, and performing a variety of projects. This position is part time- Friday (3p11p), Saturday (3p-11p), Sunday (7a-3p) Job Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in data entry or office support
- Prior experience in Healthcare or similar setting is strongly preferred
- Strong communications skills (oral and written)
- Outstanding customer service skills
