Golden Care Therapy is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to join our leadership team. This role is a unique opportunity to shape clinical quality and support a growing network of BCBAs and behavior technicians delivering in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and leadership to BCBAs and RBTs across multiple cases
Ensure quality assurance, compliance with BACB guidelines, and ethical service delivery
Support onboarding, mentorship, and training of new BCBAs
Conduct clinical reviews, monitor client progress, and support program integrity
Collaborate with operations to ensure appropriate staffing and caseload distribution
Assist in developing clinical policies and protocols to promote excellence in care
Serve as a point of escalation for clinical concerns or high-risk cases
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong understanding of in-home ABA service delivery
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a remote or hybrid clinical team
