As a Long Term Acute Care RN (LTAC RN), you will deliver high-quality patient care throughout the assessment, intervention, and evaluation processes. Your role will include collaboration with the healthcare team to develop and execute care plans that enhance patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care. Specific responsibilities will encompass:

• Administering medications, managing chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.
• Monitoring, implementing, and evaluating patient status and care.
• Providing guidance and supervision to clinical support staff.
