We are seeking a passionate Orthodontic Assistant to support our vision of providing excellent dental care and to create memorable experiences for our patients. If you enjoy teamwork and genuinely care about making an impact, we want you on board!

Your Role:

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to each patient.
  • Guide patients and parents through our procedures, ensuring clarity before treatment.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide vital postoperative instructions.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, ensuring comfort and readiness.
  • Take x-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist in taking quality orthodontic facial photos.
  • Ensure the operational readiness of the workspace.
  • Prepare tray setups for various dental procedures.
  • Mix and prepare materials like amalgam and impression substances.
  • Perform sterilization and disinfection of tools and equipment.
  • Keep the clinical area organized and clean.
  • Assist dental professionals during treatments.
  • Document essential patient information and treatment plans in charts.
  • Pour, trim, and polish impression casts when required.
  • Fabricate custom impression trays as needed.
  • Adhere to all health regulations and company standards with integrity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as an Orthodontic or Dental Assistant (depending on state requirements).
  • Preferred at least 1 year of experience in Orthodontic Assisting.
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification is required.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • A strong focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • A love for working with children, as they make up over 70% of our patient base.
  • Compassion, integrity, and reliability in providing care.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
