• License/Certs: Active RN license, BLS required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Home Health RN experience
• Documentation: Start of Care, Routine Visits, Resumption of Care, Wound & Pain Management
• Skills: Medication administration (IV, IM, SubQ), Infection control, Admission assessments
• Charting: Any system (experience required)
