Responsibilities:Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process in compliance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policiesAnticipate and plan for safe delivery of care with appropriate delegation and supervisionMaintain competencies through continuing educationSupervise and direct assigned personnel delivering patient careRequirements:Active KY RN license (must be attached to resume)ACLS & BLS (AHA only, must be attached to submission)2+ years of recent LTACH experience, including vent/trach care2–5 years total nursing experienceAdditional Info: Candidate may be required to float to Kindred Louisville main campus.
