We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our client's company. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. *Schedule: Full-Time (in office) *Pay: $55,000+/Year (DOE) *This is a direct hire position. Responsibilities:

  • Prompt correspondence to all emails, calls, and tasks.
  • Handle sensitive, confidential information without exception.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and confidential information.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the general day to day operation of a business.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, modern technology and AI.
  • Flexible availability - including outside standard business hours when necessary
